The Kirk Hallam Homes Customer Charter states that we will:

  1. Provide clear, detailed information, in the form of drawings, artist’s impressions and specifications, of the property to be purchased.
  2. Provide information explaining the NHBC Buildmark new home warranty, which comes with each Kirk Hallam home.
  3. Assist purchasers with the selection of a legal representative, if required.
  4. Provide guidance to purchasers on the purchasing process, and assist with the selection of available options to personalise their home.
  5. Provide purchasers, in writing, with details and prices of any variations or upgrades to the standard specification requested by them, and not proceed until instructed to do so by the purchaser.
  6. Keep purchasers informed of progress of the construction of the property and the legal transaction, including giving estimated completion dates prior to exchange of contracts.
  7. Offer purchasers the opportunity to meet our construction staff on site to see progress at first hand and to discuss any matters relating to the new property during the building phase.
  8. Provide Health and Safety advice.
  9. Provide a User Manual and give a move-in demonstration of each new home, its fixtures and fittings on completion. We will also give advice on running-in the new home, and explain after-sales procedures.
  10. Provide prompt and efficient after-sales services and give details of who to contact in an emergency.
